We are seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Office & Operations Administrator to keep our client's daily operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all incoming communication via telephone, post and email.
Maintain office supplies.
Be the main point of contact for facilities and conduct weekly Health & Safety checks.
Enter and allocate customer orders, ensure pricing accuracy and issue invoices.
Collaborate with Warehouse team to monitor stock levels and participate in annual/ad-hoc stock takes.
Assist with picking, packing, and providing holiday cover for the warehouse team on an ad-hoc basis.What we are looking for:
