The Office Administrator and Event Planner plays a vital role in supporting the Member of Parliament through office coordination, community outreach, event planning, and stakeholder engagement. This position coordinates constituency events, manages logistics, and maintains strong relationships with local organizations, partners, and volunteers. The incumbent stays informed of community activities to identify opportunities for the Member to attend or highlight initiatives on their behalf, ensuring the office remains responsive, connected, and visible within the community.
