Position: Office Administrator

Salary: PHP69,000/month

Working Hours & Conditions: Monday to Friday; 8:00AM - 5:00PM Auckland Time

ROLE OVERVIEW

The company is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to support the Admin Lead and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations within a civil construction company in Auckland. This hands‑on role covers general administration, document preparation, spreadsheet management, invoicing and purchase order support, and maintaining accurate job and supplier records.

You’ll also assist with onboarding and internal processes, while identifying opportunities to improve workflows. Strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent organisation, and the ability to thrive in a small, fast‑paced team are essential.
