Acting as the key point of contact for alloffice administration and mobility matters, ensuring smooth daily operations,efficient facility management, and excellent employee support.

More specifically:

  • Administration of employees’ benefits(Car Fleet, Fuel Cards, Mobile Phones, Ticket Restaurant, etc.)
  • Managing office supplies and inventory,placing orders as needed
  • Overseeing building maintenance andrepairs, ensuring timely completion
