Office Admin/ HR Intern Responsibilities

  • Document Management & Filing: Organize, scan, file, and maintain both physical and electronic documents.
  • Office Operations Support: Assist with day-to-day operations, including managing incoming calls, emails, and greeting visitors.
  • Scheduling & Correspondence: Coordinate meetings, book rooms, and prepare memos, letters, or reports.
  • Inventory Maintenance: Monitor and restock office supplies (stationery, toner, pantry items).
  • Data Entry & Records: Update databases and records with personnel, financial, or project data.
  • Special Projects: Support HR or other departments with research, onboarding, or administrative tasks.

Qualifications and Skills
