Established in 2005, Hoxies KZN has been servicing the food sector in and around KZN for the past 20 years. The year 2012 began with new ownership which brought about positive change to the day to day running of Hoxies KZN.
In order to keep up with the growing expectations and demands of the industry, Hoxies is now looking to add an Office Assistant to our growing compliment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide general office support and administrative assistance
- Handle customer queries
- Answer phones and respond to emails when required
- Assist with walk-in customers
- Support sales team and all departments with administrative tasks
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric certificate
- Computer literate
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong multitasking and organisational skills
