Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Office365 tenant ensuring optimal performance and availability of services like Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams and OneDrive.
- Implement and enforce security policies including multi-factor authentication (MFA), conditional access, and data loss prevention (DLP) to protect organizational data.
- Oversee user lifecycle management from onboarding new employees with appropriate access to deprovisioning accounts for departing staff.
- Configure and troubleshoot email flow, mailboxes, distribution lists, and shared mailboxes within Exchange Online.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands‑on experience administering Office365 environments.
