Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage and support Microsoft 365 environments

✅ Administer Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune

✅ Configure and maintain Azure AD (Entra ID), SSO, and MFA

✅ Support Microsoft Defender and Purview solutions

✅ Create technical documentation and knowledge base articles

✅ Automate processes using PowerShell

✅ Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and M365-related issues

✅ Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
