OFCI Project Manager

The OFCI manager's role is key to successful project delivery. The OFCI Manager will be knowledgeable of industry standards around equipment and engineering specifications relating to data centers. The OFCI manager will ensure that the OFCI equipment is delivered on time, to a high standard of quality, and is successfully started up and commissioned in accordance with the required standards.

Reporting To: Project Director and Client OFCI Lead

Purpose: Manage all Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) procurement, logistics, and site interfaces

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee OFCI procurement, delivery, and installation
• Manage modular elements if applicable and maximize offsite testing
• Manage ROJ dates and coordinate with GC and vendors
• Ensure inspection, acceptance, and handover are tracked
