Job Description

We are looking for an Odoo Support/Admin to assist with daily system operations, user support, and data management. You will help maintain user accounts, troubleshoot issues, generate reports, and ensure smooth workflow across Odoo modules.

Responsibilities:

Provide first-level support to users and technicians.

Encode new tickets and update existing ones in Odoo.

Support technicians and monitor reminders and ticket due dates.

Handle minor configuration changes and module setup.

Assist with basic system administration and reporting.

Escalate complex problems to developers or consultants when necessary.

Qualifications:

Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of Odoo modules (Repair, Helpdesk, Field Service, Sales, Inventory).

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.

Experience with data handling (Excel, CSV).
