About the Role

We're a business consulting firm seeking an experienced Odoo Implementation Project Manager to support our client through an ERP migration from a few different systems, including Fishbowl, to Odoo.

You'll either:

  • Lead and manage a 3rd party implementation partner, OR
  • Directly implement Odoo with our consulting team

Your role depends on your experience level and our assessment of the best path forward.

What You'll Do

  • Lead Odoo implementation (planning → go-live → stabilization)
  • Manager or oversee data migration from Fishbowl, QuickBooks, Shopify, eBay
  • Configure Odoo modules: Manufacturing (MRP), Inventory, Purchasing, Sales, Accounting, Quality Control, Repair/RMA, etc.
  • Coordinate with client stakeholders across Manufacturing, Warehouse, Sales, Finance
  • Manage ~176 requirements including 16 custom developments
