Responsibilities
- Supervise and verify the operational activities as per the Activity Organisation Matrix.
- Maintaining the relationship with internal and external clients (staff, operators, players).
- Coordinates the staff under his/her supervision.
- Respecting and maintaining the game standards imposed by the company.
- Collaboration and cooperation.
- Ensuring the functionality of the studios.
- Other operational activities.
Requirements
- Work experience: at least 2 years experience in a similar role (Shift Management, Floor Management, Operations) in the Live Casino Industry.
- Excellent knowledge of Live Casino Industry.
- Technical background is a plus (Computer engineering, IT, software, etc.).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- PC skills.
- Advanced English speaking.
- Work under pressure.
