Job Summary
The OCM Manager is responsible for planning, leading, and executing change management activities to ensure successful adoption of business, process, and technology transformations. This role focuses on the people side of change, working closely with business leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to minimize resistance and maximize engagement, readiness, and adoption.
Location
Basel, Switzerland, Hybrid more - in office 2 days per week
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans aligned with project and business objectives
- Assess change impacts, stakeholder readiness, and organizational risks related to transformation initiatives
