Job Description

  • Run the day-to-day change management program on behalf of the Change Management Lead, with full-time commitment but flexible location.

  • Perform change impact assessments and stakeholder assessments to pinpoint risks, adoption challenges, and mitigation needs.

  • Develop and deliver practical change activities, including stakeholder engagement, communications support, resistance management, and readiness initiatives (primarily virtual).

  • Facilitate workshops, user interactions, and support sessions (some in-person) to help transition from legacy customized processes to new F&O processes.

  • Coordinate end-user training elements, track adoption progress, and provide feedback loops in partnership with the program lead.

  • Handle BA-related tasks as required, such as process mapping, change-specific requirements, and bridging business needs in the migration.
