Shift: US Shift – 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
Experience: 8+ Years
Salary Budget: ₹8 – 12 LPA
Job Purpose
The Assistant Manager – US Operations (Ocean Imports) will be responsible for managing end-to-end ocean import operations and leading the customer support function for US clients. The role requires strong expertise in freight forwarding operations, team handling experience, and the ability to ensure high levels of service quality and compliance.
Role & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Ocean Import operations including documentation, booking, shipment tracking, and delivery coordination
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and freight forwarding regulations
Supervise and guide the operations team to achieve service excellence
Act as the primary point of contact for US customers for operational queries and issue resolution
