ICS Walsall Council/NHS is seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join their Intermediate Care Team. This role will support individuals to maximise their independence through rehabilitation, rapid response, and reablement services across community and bed-based pathways.

Main Duties:

• Provide occupational therapy assessment and clinical expertise across all Intermediate Care pathways including reablement, rapid response, and rehabilitation beds
• Support individuals to regain independence through functional assessments, rehabilitation, and goal‑focused interventions
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team (MDT) including health and social care professionals
