Occupational Therapist

Kanda is seeking a compassionate and experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Veterans’, Aged Care and Community Nursing Services team.

This full-time role involves establishing and delivering Transitional Care Program (TCP) plans that meet clinical best practice and safety standards. You’ll work with the Clinical Manager and multidisciplinary team to provide holistic, person-centred care, promote independence, and support clients transitioning from hospital to home.
