Position Summary

We are hiring for Casual Occupational Therapists in Penticton. Casual means days of work and shift times may vary due to changing needs of the department.

About the role

The Occupational Therapist works independently and as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary rehabilitation team, providing a full range of occupational therapy services across inpatient, outpatient, residential, and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy programs to promote functional independence and optimal health outcomes.
• Provide consultation, education, and support to clients and their caregivers.
