$10,000 SIGNING BONUS FOR FULL TIME ONLY ( $2500 paid out quarterly over one year )


 


 


The Occupational Therapist must possess:




  • A valid, unrestricted license in his/her therapy discipline in the state.




  • Meet educational requirements of his/her licensure requirements.




  • Valid driver’s license in the state of employment.
