Occupational Therapist

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our in‑house clinical team at Hillingdon Manor School. You will collaborate with the education team to deliver bespoke occupational therapy assessment and intervention to pupils who may have experienced developmental trauma, be neurodivergent, or have socio‑emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. You will work within the standards provided in the OFG Occupational Therapy Ways of Working, hold an occupational therapy caseload, and support staff training and consultation as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver OT assessment and intervention to pupils with diverse needs.
• Maintain and manage an occupational therapy caseload.
• Work collaboratively with the education team and other professionals.
• Provide staff training and consultation as required.
• Contribute to a person‑centred, empowering approach, supporting pupils’ independence.
