Occupational Therapist | Inpatient Psychiatry

Position Summary

We are hiring for a unique relief full-time Occupational Therapist position to support our 16 bed inpatient psychiatry unit at the Penticton Regional Hospital. This is a small unit with a high functioning multidisciplinary team. Working in collaboration with community MHSU supports through the in-reach process ensures seamless continuity of care for mental health clients. This position is responsible for the supervision of a Rehab Assistant who co‑facilitates therapeutic group work including some community integration activities. This is a relief opportunity expected to run until August 2027 or the return of the current incumbent.
