This position involves working four days a week across Braddan and Point Grey Private Hospitals. You will conduct assessments to enhance resident health outcomes and promote independence. The role requires participation in ongoing education and collaboration with the Recreation team to improve mobility through engaging activities.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular mobility assessments and care plan evaluations
