Based at the Westlock Healthcare Centre, you will support a diverse patient population while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team. You will practice with a high degree of clinical autonomy, managing competing priorities, coordinating care across environments, and making informed decisions to optimize patient outcomes. The role provides a broad scope of practice where you will be directly involved in supporting safe transitions and enhancing quality of life for patients across the care continuum.
