Your clientele will be located in the acute care hospital, homes, group homes, senior's lodges, assisted living and Type A continuing care facility. The successful incumbent will show proficiencies in the following areas: Interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain collaborative working relationships with members of the interdisciplinary team. You must be self-directed and able to work and independently, demonstrate excellent time management and prioritization skills.
