Become part of the Quick Response Team as an Occupational Therapist in Vernon! This part-time position emphasizes independent work while helping clients remain in their homes through effective discharge planning.
This 0.70 FTE role requires collaboration with a dedicated rehabilitation team, including specialists from Physiotherapy and Social Work. You will be responsible for conducting assessments and creating personalized treatment plans. This position ensures support for clients’ journeys towards functional independence and overall health.
