AHP Suffolk CIC, in partnership with St Nicholas Hospice Care, is seeking a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated multidisciplinary team supporting people receiving palliative and end‑of‑life care.

This is a unique opportunity to work across the community and hospice setting , helping patients live as independently, comfortably, and meaningfully as possible. You will need a full drivers licence or other means of travel between locations.

As an Occupational Therapist, you will deliver specialist, holistic care to patients with complex needs related to life-limiting illness. You will play a key role in supporting people to maintain independence, manage symptoms, and achieve what matters most to them. This vacancy is 0.8 - 1 FTE.
