Somek & Associates are recruiting Expert Witnesses with general functional assessment skills to provide the court with reports detailing claimant needs in respect of care, equipment, therapies, and accommodation needs. Previous medico‑legal experience is not essential.

Requirements
- Self‑motivated Occupational Therapists with 7-8 years’ post‑qualification experience.
- Registered with HCPC.
- Practising clinically in a senior role, either within the NHS or the private sector.
