Location: Near Upper Thomson MRT

Salary: Up to $7,200/month (based on experience)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm

Key Responsibilities

Clinical & Patient Care

• Provide professional occupational therapy services to assigned patients across inpatient, outpatient, and community settings.
• Conduct initial assessments, periodic reassessments, and treatment planning to support patients' rehabilitation goals.
• Implement and review individualised therapy programs to improve patients' independence in daily activities.
• Monitor patients' progress and provide regular updates to rehabilitation plans.
• Support discharge planning and follow-up care for patients.

Multidisciplinary Collaboration

• Work closely with doctors, nurses, therapists, and caregivers to ensure holistic patient care.
