Role Overview

Position: Occupational Health & Safety Advisor

Reports to: Director, Operations

The Occupational Health & Safety Advisor will develop, implement, and manage the Occupational Health and Safety programs for the Operations team. This role provides coaching and training to staff while working toward OSSE certification, continually sharing knowledge on sustainability, providing continuous improvement feedback, and championing safety in our progressive family‑owned company.

Responsibilities

  • Engage and empower the workforce around the importance of Health and Safety
  • Monitor, analyze, and implement effective occupational safety and health programs
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver training, manage risks, and develop safe work practices
