Key Responsibilities

  • Leading the analysis and resolution of technical issues arising from Open telemetry, Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus data collection, visualization and AIOps (Bigpanda, Dynatrace, Moogsoft, New Relic etc) tool related implementations and Integrations.
  • Design and execute the Observability pipeline.
  • Integrations towards paging tools.
  • Troubleshooting system integration, compatibility, product level and customer ecosystem faults.
  • Scripting to develop Automation frameworks and scripts for self healing use cases.
  • Planning and implementing upgrade and expansion procedures in On Prem and Cloud deployments.
  • Monitoring the deployed system as necessary.
