Observability Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Observability Engineer to help design, build, and optimise enterprise observability platforms. You will work across logging, metrics, and monitoring solutions, with a particular focus on Cribl, helping teams improve visibility into their applications and infrastructure while ensuring telemetry data is collected, transformed, and routed efficiently.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Hands-on experience with Cribl, including data pipelines, routing, filtering, and transformation.
  • Experience with observability platforms such as Elastic, Grafana, Splunk, Prometheus, or OpenTelemetry.
  • Strong understanding of logs, metrics, traces, and telemetry data management.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and container technologies, including AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, and Docker.
  • Experience automating observability workflows and platform configuration.
