- Implement and maintain monitoring pipelines with Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, and ELK.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance system reliability and incident response.
- Drive adoption of modern observability practices using tools like Quantum Metrics, Faro, Tempo, and Glean.
