Profile:

  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or similar;
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in implementing and operating Observability frameworks and monitoring platforms, particularly in the implementation and continuous improvement of observability processes across infrastructures, applications, Cloud environments, and distributed systems;
  • Proven experience with observability tools such as Dynatrace, Datadog, New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana, or equivalent enterprise monitoring platforms;
  • Experience in defining and implementing monitoring strategies covering Metrics, Logs, Traces, APM, Synthetic Monitoring, Real User Monitoring (RUM), and Alerting;
  • Solid knowledge of Cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform;
  • Relevant certifications in observability or monitoring platforms will be valued;
