Observability Engineer

Job Description

The Position

As an Observability Engineer in Monitoring Services, you will report to the lead for Monitoring Services to develop a global monitoring and observability platform. You will ensure the technical solution aligns to corporate policies, processes, and other regulatory compliance requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain API integrations to enhance the functionality and interoperability of our AIOps and Observability Platform.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines to support real-time data processing and analytics.

• Automate platform operations to improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
