What You’ll Be Doing
• Manage and optimise observability platforms, especially New Relic
• Build and maintain dashboards, visualisations, and service insights
• Implement observability tooling using Terraform and other IaC practices
• Partner with engineering teams to improve instrumentation and distributed tracing
• Enhance alert quality, support incident root cause analysis, and evaluate new observability capabilities
