Qualifications & Responsibilities

  • Degree in any Engineering Discipline or equivalent
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 related and familiar with QC tools (SPC, 8D, FMEA, MSA) and GD & T
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in QA Department
  • Able to read technical drawing
  • Manage nonconformances and MRB (Material Review Board) contro
  • Handle FAI Report Qualification for any new supplier, part, tooling change, or transfe
  • Oversee customer quality management
  • Ensure proper containment to prevent the outflow of defective parts to customers
  • Manage RMA and coordinate sample submissions to customers
  • Perform in-process quality control and NCA follow-up to prevent recurrence
  • Lead 8D meetings and follow up on corrective action effectiveness
  • Collaborate with Operations & Engineering teams for continuous improvement
