Responsibilities:

  • Being the Single Contact Point for Microsoft O (End-User Issue, Raise a ticket to Microsoft).
  • Providing support and advice in Microsoft Applications and additional features for end-user with a service mind.
  • Managing Exchange on the cloud for access permission, Group policy, and security access management.
  • Managing MS Team, SharePoint, and OneDrive for group access permission and management, E-Mail Account management, Group Mail Permission, Generic Mail, and Service Account.
  • Supporting and resolving issues from the Incident ticket management system, SMTP Mail Relay server from Microsoft Azure, and On-premise server.
