Manage the end-to-end order-to-cash (O2C) process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Monitor and reconcile customer accounts to ensure timely payments.
Prepare and review invoices and credit memos in line with company policies.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and customer queries.
Generate and analyze financial reports related to receivables and cash flow.
Assist in process improvements to enhance the O2C workflow.
Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards in all transactions.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities for the Accounting & Finance department.
