Senior Manager Portfolio Reporting & Performance (Fintech): Leading the design, delivery, and governance of the Country Banking portfolio performance and reporting strategy with an accent on providing high‑quality analysis and insights to the Country Banking Leadership Team. Focus on converting complex data into meaningful insights that support confident, evidence‑based decision‑making across the business.

Location: Onsite in Hamilton, New Zealand

What you will do

  • Lead the development and delivery of high‑quality portfolio reporting, forecasting, and insights that support strategic decisions and performance management.
  • Act as the single point of contact for Country Banking reporting, managing intake, prioritisation, and governance of regular and ad‑hoc reports.
  • Monitor portfolio performance across KPIs, benchmarks, strategic objectives, and Risk Appetite Statement (RAS) metrics.
