Rippling is scaling its Global Payroll product in New Zealand and seeks a seasoned ANZ Payroll Compliance Specialist to oversee compliance risk for NZ clients. You will review payroll changes, perform manual calculations, and ensure adherence to NZ legislation including Holidays Act, KiwiSaver, PAYE, ESCT, and leave entitlements.

This role demands direct customer interaction and close collaboration with Product and Compliance teams.
