OVERVIEW:
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Underwriting & Case Support to support the full insurance advice lifecycle — from quoting and Statements of Advice through to underwriting and claims management.
This role requires direct experience in New Zealand insurance.
Australian insurance experience is highly valued, but NZ experience is essential.
This is not a general admin VA position.
It is an active case management role requiring confidence communicating with insurers and medical providers via phone and email.
You will assist the adviser across the complete insurance process, including:
- Preparing quotes
- Assisting with Statements of Advice (SOAs)
- Managing underwriting requirements
- Progressing applications through to policy issue
- Supporting claims lodgement and follow-up
You will be expected to take ownership of cases and proactively keep them moving.
