**Main responsibilities**:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage national and international airfreight shipments (import/export).
- Prepare quotations and pricing for individual shipments, tenders, and long-term contracts.
- Handle all operational processes including documentation, customs clearance, invoicing, and settlement.
- Manage billing and financial settlement through CASS in compliance with IATA regulations and standards.
- Maintain daily contact and coordination with clients, airlines, subcontractors, and global network partners.
- Oversee and support the airfreight team, including staffing, training, onboarding, and development.
- Ensure compliance with international standards and optimize internal processes for efficiency and service quality.
- Monitor and manage financial performance with full responsibility for the department’s results.
