OBJECTIVE:
Formulate and implement diets for wean to finish and sow producers across the Midwest. Make decisions on nutrition program, nutrition research, diet specifications, quality assurance and ingredients to bring value and expertise to Pipestone Nutrition producers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (other duties as assigned)
Independently formulate and manage diet formulas in Concept 5 formulation package to ensure diets are implemented at feed mills in a timely manner. Travel to the field to discuss and review nutrition program with Pipestone producers; evaluate, diagnose, and troubleshoot issues; identify and implement any necessary adjustments. Work with field staff to ensure quick and concise follow up to any nutritional issues and adjust as necessary.
