Duties Description The Nutrition Services Administrator 2 will organize and oversee both the Total Food Service Program and the Clinical Dietetic Program. The Nutrition Services Administrator 2 is responsible for developing food service policies related to treatment plans and care, as well as developing and participating in quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI) practices.

The incumbent will serve as a nutrition services liaison and educator for medical, clinical, administrative, direct care, and program staff, as well as local volunteer agencies, providing guidance, direction, and training on nutrition counseling, procedures, food preparation, sanitation, and safety standards.
