Join AgeCare as a Registered Practical Nurse, focused on providing quality care and enhancing the lives of seniors in a welcoming long-term care setting.
In this role, you will offer professional nursing services in line with medical standards and AgeCare policies. The Registered Practical Nurse works alongside the Registered Nurse to ensure optimal care while overseeing Personal Support Workers. You will also liaise with physicians and contribute to maintaining high care standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement nursing care plans for residents
• Direct Personal Support Workers in daily tasks
• Report significant changes in resident health to the physician
• Participate in team shift reports for continuity of care
• Follow health care regulations and best practices
Requirements:
