- Proven experience in hospital operations, staffing optimization, and quality assurance in a clinical healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards (NABH/JCI), and patient safety protocols.
- Expertise in hospital management systems, electronic health records (EHR), and clinical documentation.
