Main duties of the job
- Supporting patients with physical, emotional, and psychological needs
- Delivering care in our inpatient unit, assisting with personal care, symptom management, daily routines, and emotional support
- Providing assistance with complex symptoms, medication, nutrition, personal care, and activities of daily living
- Contributing to care planning and documentation
- Communicating openly and compassionately with patients, families, and team members
