The successful candidate will work under the supervision of Registered Nurses and provide high-quality, patient-centred care in line with clinical standards and organisational policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse
- Assist in implementing individualised care plans
- Monitor, record, and report patients’ vital signs and overall condition
