The Essentials:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year as an RN specifically within Australian Aged Care.

• Availability: Minimum of 3 days per week.

• Flexibility: Must be able to work a rotating roster across AM, PM, and Night Duty.

• Location: Must currently reside in or be able to commute to Bendigo, VIC.

• Clinical Excellence: Proficiency in medication management, complex wound care, and catheter care.

• Assessment Skills: Experience with AN-ACC documentation and comprehensive care planning.

• Leadership: Ability to lead a team of PCAs and ENs, making critical decisions during the after-hours shifts.

• Palliative Care: Compassion and skill in providing dignified end-of-life care.

• Adaptability: A calm head in emergencies and a flexible approach to the rotating roster (AM, PM, and ND).
