£32-40k Dependant on Experience | Full‑Time | Permanent | Hampshire
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Nursery Supervisor to join a well‑established, family‑run horticultural business with a strong reputation for high‑quality plant production. This role would suit a practical, hands‑on individual who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in delivering efficient, well‑organised operations.
This is a varied position combining machinery operation, team supervision, and day‑to‑day nursery work. You'll play a key role in ensuring daily tasks are completed to a high standard, while supporting a small, experienced team and maintaining smooth site operations.
